Order Processing Time

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5-10 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 7-15 Business Days

Delivery times may vary during festivals, public holidays, natural calamities, or due to courier service delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping offers may be available on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and courier details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if available).

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered due to customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Damaged Package

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened:

  1. Record a video before opening the parcel.
  2. Take clear photos of the package.
  3. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Important Unboxing Requirement

To claim any replacement, return, or refund for:

  • Damaged Product
  • Missing Item
  • Wrong Product
  • Defective Product

Customers must provide a complete unboxing video.

The video must:

✔ Start before opening the parcel

✔ Clearly show the shipping label

✔ Show the package being opened continuously

✔ Clearly display the issue being reported

Without a valid unboxing video, replacement, return, or refund requests may not be approved.
