Important Return & Refund Requirement
To ensure a fair and transparent return/refund process, customers must record a complete unboxing video.
Mandatory Video Guidelines
- The video must start before opening the parcel.
- The shipping label and package should be clearly visible in the video.
- The parcel must be opened in a single continuous recording without any cuts or edits.
- Any damage, missing item, wrong product, or defect must be clearly shown in the video.
Return & Refund Eligibility
Return, replacement, or refund requests will only be considered if a valid unboxing video is provided according to the guidelines above.
Claims made without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
Reporting Time
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by sharing the unboxing video and relevant photos with our customer support team.
Important Note
We reserve the right to reject return, replacement, or refund requests if:
- No unboxing video is provided.
- The video starts after the parcel has already been opened.
- The video is edited, incomplete, or unclear.
- The reported issue cannot be verified from the video evidence.
This policy helps protect both customers and our business from fraudulent claims and ensures a smooth resolution process for genuine issues.
